Add Klarna payment methods for recurring payments

As of now, Klarna payment methods are only available for one time purchases and not recurring payments. Adyen already supports recurring payments through Klarna payment methods, and WooCommerce and Klarnas own plugin also supports it, so it would be great if you also can add this to the plugin.
