Capture on order completion

Capture on order completion, currently it is either automatic capture on order placed or manual capture in Adyen back office. Working with e-commerce, you always capture when order is shipped and completed, but that capture doesn't happen in plugin today. It's a super simple API call to Adyen API on order status change to complete and should be simple to implement.
