Show CVC expanded when stored credit card.

Also regarding the stored card, basically the card is saved but you still need to fill in the CVC field. Thing is that the CVC field is hidden since credit card payment option isn't expanded, ending up with an error message to customer (as they don't see it is missing until submitting / trying to place the order) I tested this out in our environment and I can reproduce the same, but this doesn't necessarily means it's an error, but rather a function in the plugin that isn't supported.
