Stocks are not updated according to the subscription

Hello As I told you in the email, the stock update is not done and I lost many sales for which I paid commissions for the sales that I did not honor and I also have closed accounts at some of the marketplaces that I sell due to canceled orders due to lack of stock because the stocks were not updated due to your subscription for which we paid and the clauses in the contract were not respected
