Include the phone number for the bol.com order on the invoice

Enter the phone number of a customer who placed an order via bol.com in the "Phone Number" field in the "Billing" section, rather than in the "Shipping Methods" section or the shipping address. Orders processed directly through WooCommerce also use the "phone number" in the "Billing" section.
